What we’re looking for
A true systems builder who combines rock-solid computer-science fundamentals with cutting-edge AI/agent expertise, and who:
- Has taken complex production AI systems from 0 → 1 that run reliably in the real world
- Ships bulletproof, observable, high-performance code at startup speed
- Is comfortable owning the full voice-to-action pipeline (ASR → intent → agent execution → TTS) with low latency in noisy, offline-capable field environments
- Is an A-player surrounded by A-players, our team is made of repeated founders, ex-scale-up engineers, hackathon winner and people who have already built and sold companies
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, magic happens in the same room most days
Required
Core Computer Science & Software Fundamentals
- Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, memory management, concurrency, and performance optimization
- Experience with low-level languages such as C, C++, Rust, or Java/C#
- You're curious, informed, and like to stay updated on the latest research papers, you benchmark, you are not afraid to try new things
- You make things fast and reliable, observability is in your DNA
