About Tellia

Tellia is rethinking how farms interact with software. We’re building a Voice-First AI Agent that helps farmers capture and process their field data using natural language. By combining cutting-edge speech recognition, LLM orchestration, and agent-based AI systems, we aim to make agricultural data more accessible, accurate, and useful. All without requiring farmers to sit at a desk or touch a screen.

We’re building a new software paradigm tailored to the real world, voice-native, highly contextual, and capable of working in the field.

Your Role

As our Founding Full Stack Developer, you’ll own core pieces of our software stack, from front-end user experiences to API integrations and LLM orchestration. You’ll help build both the user-facing tools (dashboard, WhatsApp, voice) and the AI infrastructure behind them.

We’re looking for someone eager to build fast, ship with ownership, and shape the technical foundation of a real-world AI product.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain Tellia’s front-end applications (client dashboard, internal back office)
• Work on the WhatsApp messaging and webhook-based conversations with AI agents
• Handle Twilio-based phone number provisioning, SIP routing, and webhook flows
• Work on backend services (NestJS) to manage user flows, data storage, and real-time triggers
• Build robust testing systems to ensure reliability across APIs, integrations, and voice flows
• Contribute to LLM orchestration and multi-agent system integration
• Own API development, data validation, CRUD features
