We're building the voice-first operating system for agriculture. Right now, farmers and agronomists are drowning in field data they can't act on. We convert messy voice notes, photos, WhatsApp messages into structured intelligence that actually drives decisions. We're an AI-native company scaling fast across the US, Europe, and Latin America, and our demand generation engine is completely under-resourced. That's where you come in.
Your north star is simple: maximize qualified demo requests and qualified sales meetings. You'll own the entire demand generation function across four key areas.
Lead nurturing and automation. You'll build and manage email sequences that move prospects from first touch through to sales conversation. Set up workflows in HubSpot, segment audiences based on behavior, and test copy to see what actually converts agronomists and cooperatives to book a demo. You'll also identify repetitive tasks and build marketing agents and automations to handle them, constantly asking yourself how to work smarter and faster.
Social media and community. You'll own our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms where our customers hang out. Create posts that resonate with viticulturists, crop advisors, and input distributors. Manage comments, respond to inquiries, and build a community that sees Tellia as the voice AI standard in agriculture.
Content creation and SEO. You'll write blog posts, case studies, and guides that rank for keywords our buyers are searching. Think pieces on voice data capture in vineyards, field intelligence for cooperatives, that kind of thing. You'll also figure out how Tellia appears in AI search results and LLM recommendations where agronomists are actually looking for solutions.
Events, partnerships, and PR. You'll coordinate our presence at agriculture trade shows, manage press outreach, and build relationships with industry publications. You'll also run paid advertising across Google, LinkedIn, and other channels to feed the top of the funnel.
We know exactly what works. You'll execute it, iterate, and watch your efforts directly feed our sales pipeline. Every campaign you run lands in front of people actively looking for solutions like ours.
You're fluent in English and ideally speak one other language. You're probably from a top business school and passed your first year with flying colours. You've got a startup in your DNA, maybe marketing or growth experience already, and you're passionate about building something that matters. Ideally, you have some connection to agriculture, whether through personal interest or professional experience. You want to be a founder one day, and you see this as your apprenticeship, not just an internship. You take initiative. You move fast. You don't wait for instructions. You care about metrics, and you love the scrappy, unglamorous work of actually moving needles. You're also comfortable thinking like a builder, identifying repetitive processes and creating automations to optimize them.
Agriculture is a $1.3 trillion industry that hasn't been disrupted by AI yet. You'll be pioneering go-to-market in a sector most of your peers haven't touched. You'll work directly with our CEO on strategy, see the full business from inside, and learn how to build demand from zero. You'll also get exposure to international markets through travel to our offices and key customer sites across the US, Europe, and Latin America. If you're exceptional, there's a clear path to a full marketing role post-internship.
